As a courtesy to other clients and our team members, please give us a notice of 24 business hours for cancellations and schedule changes to avoid a 100% charge. Not showing for your appointment leaves your stylist with time that cannot be filled; therefore the same 100% service fee will apply for these cases. Being more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will require the appointment to be rescheduled and will also result in a cancellation fee. A credit card or gift card deposit may be required at the time of booking your reservation.
For safety and insurance purposes no child may accompany an adult while they are receiving a service. We do not have facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
